Tool Repair

KETRCO strives to provide our customers with the fastest repair service available. We know tool down time, directly effects production. There are many factors to consider which impact this turnaround time. Innovation is our solution, via our Service App! Now customers can complete service request forms, prior to drop off, receive instant quotes, updates, and expected completion date's. Transparency promotes trust, load the app and monitor the repair process. Contractors are prioritized over other repairs already in the queue. There are two hours dedicated to Contractor items daily on top of general repair hours. Home owners and other customers need not worry KETRCO will still provide the fastest service possible. Speed dose not interfere with Quality, our technicians are experienced and skilled, thus our 30 day service warranty

Rest assured Kettlewell's Engine & Tool Repair will do our best to find a solution and get you back to work as quickly as possible! 

An Estimate Fee $28.25 (PLUS TAX must be prepaid when the tool is left for repair. 

If the customer chooses to leave the tool for repair after learning the estimated cost, this fee will be deducted from the final invoice. 

If the customer chooses NOT to repair the tool after learning the estimated cost, the Estimate Fee will NOT BE REIMBURSED as it used to cover our time. Any tool NOT repaired is NOT re-assembled, unless agreed upon at the time of drop off or during response to quote. Further more compensation for time spent must be agreed upon, last minute requests will not be accepted at pick up.

Any repair cost of under $120.00 will be repaired automatically. If the repair cost is over $120.00, we will quote out for customer approval (we allow variances up to 10%).

We strive to continually improve our environmental performance. Our motto is "reduce, reuse, recycle" All repairs (including warranty) will be subject to a $9.95 environmental fee to cover "green" disposal and recycling of old parts as stated by the City of Owen Sound Guidelines. This fee will be covered by KETRCO in situations in which parts can be salvaged for reuse. Used parts save everyone money and time, in some cases they can keep an older tool from early disposal.
